Hi there! I'm Robyn Sayles, the founder of Launching Your Success. For more than 16 years, I worked in corporate training and sales for big ol' corporations. Now I help ambitious folks like yourself launch the success of their companies, teams, and projects using the power of a personal brand.

I founded Launching Your Success in August 2014. The company provides brand coaching and team workshops across the country. I've also shared my knowledge of personal brands with audiences at conferences, seminars, and private corporate events—something I absolutely love to do!
