Hi there! I'm Robyn Sayles. For over 16 years, I worked in corporate training and sales for a big ol' corporation. Now I help entrepreneurs like yourself launch the success of their companies, teams, and careers using the power of a personal brand.
I am a Fascinate Certified Advisor; one of only a few people in the world trained & authorized to teach the Science of Fascination.
My career path is a bit unusual, but the journey from college theater major to entrepreneur gave me a diverse array of experiences that I apply in my work with individuals and organizations. From performing in an improv troupe to managing high-level corporate training & sales teams, I've run the gamut of professional experiences. As a result, I've developed a dynamic, high-energy style that surprises & fascinates audiences. I started Launching Your Success because I believe that when people know their value, they perform better and when people have fun, they learn better. At the end of the day, I aim to make you think, laugh, dance, and of course, very successful.

Robyn lives in Florida with her charming, wise-cracking husband, their two well-adjusted yet totally bizarre children, and a crazy talking dog. When she's not changing the way the world communicates, she's out supporting her local arts & business community and creating epic steering wheel drum solos in her car.
